On 3rd January, ViSalus organised the world’s largest simultaneous group workout.
There were 2150 group workouts taking place, including ours in Nottingham, and between 10,000 and 20,000 people got active that day in a variety of ways, helping 30 needy kids each benefit from free healthy meals through the Project 10 charity.
Our group in Nottingham did a 5km fun run or walk, 12 people took part, helping to raise 360 healthy meals for kids obesity charities.
In total 11 countries were involved in the world record attempt.
The group challenge attracted the attention of the Nottingham Evening Post newspaper.
Everyone who attended the fun walk/run had a great time, and look forward to the next event.
