Ingredients:

2 cups Vi Shape Nutritional Shake Mix
1 cup rolled oats
2 medium sized eggs
half cup coconut oil (melted)
half cup unrefined sugar
handful of dessicated coconut
handful of chopped dried apricots
handful of raisins
handful of sunflower seeds
handful of pumpkin seeds

Method:

Add two cups of Vi Shape mix to the mixing bowl

Add one cup of rolled oats

Add two whole eggs

Add half a cup of melted coconut oil

Add half a cup of unrefined sugar

Mix on a slow speed until all ingredients are incorporated into the mixture

Add a handful of chopped dried apricots

Mix again on a slow speed until all the ingredients form one evenly distributed mixture

Spray a tin with oil

Bake on gas mark 7/425 F/220 C for about 10 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
