Doing more hours at work does not always lead to more work being done. It’s easy to overwhelm yourself with work because so much needs doing, however that leads to being burned out.
I recommend that you set yourself strict working hours and stick to them.
I used to work often until 2am or 3am in the morning, but when I looked at what I was doing I realised it wasn’t really very productive at that time. I was also eating my meals late at night which wasn’t healthy. So now I give myself deadlines.
If you decide that 5pm is the time when work finishes for you, don’t do any work after that point!
Instead have some fun. You deserve it!
